Many people who are struggling to improve their health often seek a quick fix solution for something that has taken years to create, if not an entire lifetime. This can apply to everything from obesity, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, smoking, drug dependency, alcoholism and other lifestyle related health conditions.
It didn’t happen overnight!
Most people fail to recognize that these issues did not happen overnight nor will they be resolved in a short space of time. They require guidance from an expert that can help them bring about the necessary changes needed to restore their health in addition to appropriate medical advice. This choice is something that has proven to be effective as opposed to simply popping some pills or following another fad diet.
Changing Your Lifestyle To Change Your Life!
This has become a more sought after alternative that can actually bring about a permanent lifestyle change needed in order to develop healthy habits. One very popular and effective method is called Emotional Freedom Techniques. Great post! I’ve been learning about EFT and the magic it can have for releasing stress. It is wonderful that Lydia has the gift to truly help so many people.
Thank you, Jean! Do call in if you have questions.
I agree! People are too quick to pop pills. You need to make a lifestyle change! That is the only way to go! I am looking forward to learning about the EFT.
I learned how to use EFT and it saved my life! I used to have high blood pressure and was very depressed. I was able to actually reduce my stress and function again. Everyone should learn this at an early age! It is amazing!
I think anything that does not involve drugs and can heal is a great solution.
I was introduced to EFT about 5 years ago and I cannot sing its praises. Thank you for doing a show about this. More people need to learn about this.
EFT taught me how to change the way I live life. I am such a completely different person than I was a year ago when I began. Many people will enjoy what Lydia has to say. I am looking forward to learning about her.
I just saw this posted on Twitter. From what I understand it is a lot like acupuncture but no needles. I am open as long as I don’t have to feel pain!
I was introduced to EFT by my sponsor and have been clean and sober for the last 3 years, 7 months, 3 weeks and 2 days. I am so grateful to have found something that has really helped me to change my life for the better. If you love someone that is an alcoholic, this is one of the best things you can teach them.
Way to go, Bill! It’s truly a blessing to have this healing modality. I’m going to share some great information would be wonderful if you could join us live.
I find it interesting that the Western world is always quick to prescribe drugs but yet Eastern medicine seems to resonate more with nature.
Totally agree with you Lydia…
We all need stress to live and to be creative. It’s when our body talks to us and tells us we are in distress or eutress we must learn how-to manage to overcome our physical stress indicators/reactions by first identifying our stressors [bean=>breathing, environment, attitude, nutrition] causing our physical stress indicators/reactions. Being aware, accepting and acknowledging what our body is teliing us is the first step. The process is a slow one and well worth our time toward our health and our well-being. The choice is ours…
Wow, great post. I completely agree with taking the time to undo the stress we’ve created or helped snowball out if control. Complete well-being is mind body and spirit. My brother Dr. Steve Moreau DOM AP would love will definitely want to read this. THX!!!
Find the best and quickest remedy according to your interest and to what you feel like doing to release all those stress that’s been bothering you. Or else take time to realize about things and don’t make quick decisions if your unsure and confused.
