When it comes to feeding your animal companion and depending upon a manufacturer, trusting a company once again after a recall can be difficult. Everyone is capable of making mistakes. However, how can a manufacturer reassure its loyal customers that their products are safe? Can a pet food business rebuild consumer trust? What steps should be taken?
