Every time I lecture, I am amazed at the pre-conceived notions that people have about organic and what organic means. People really need to understand that this movement is about making the products we use safer. It is certainly not about using the cheapest ingredients or materials out there to simply meet a high demand. On that note, here is a simple list of some of the more common beliefs out there that need enlightenment.
