Meet Dr. Suzanne Henwood
Dr. Suzanne Henwood is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Social and Health Sciences at Unitec, in Auckland, New Zealand. Originally from the UK, and with a health care background, Suzanne developed NLP practice for healthcare practitioners to enable them in turn to develop expert practice, particularly in the fields of leadership and communication. Suzanne has a long background in academia, with expertise in clinical competency assessment and teaching skills assessment in higher education. She is also a Certified NLP trainer, with a passion for ethical and values based training. Her current research interests are in the fields of health care leadership, with several projects currently underway looking at different aspects of that and how NLP can be used to enhance leadership development.
